Upon receiving your complaint, Jalaram Dana Chana will assess the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If we find the complaint to be genuine, we will initiate the replacement process. However, for frivolous and baseless complaints about product quality and content, Jalaram Dana Chana reserves the right to take legal action, and you will be solely responsible for all costs incurred in this regard.
Before accepting the shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is undamaged and untampered. If you notice any damage or tampering, we request you to refuse delivery and inform Jalaram Dana Chana at the earliest. The return process may be subject to restrictions based on the nature and category of the product.
Please note that food products sold on our website are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defects. To return any product, please comply with the following conditions:
Notify Jalaram Dana Chana of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so within this timeframe releases Jalaram Dana Chana from liability for replacing the order.
Products should be unused.
Jalaram Dana Chana will arrange the pick-up of the damaged/defective product through our logistics partner. If we are unable to do so, we will inform you, and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier within one day from receiving such notice. Courier charges will be reimbursed as determined by our logistics team.
Products should be returned in their original packaging, including original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, and invoices.
It is advised to strongly and adequately package return items to prevent further damage during transit.
Returned products are subject to verification and checks by Jalaram Dana Chana to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.
If the return is accepted, the originally paid value of the product will be refunded to you. Orders will be refunded within 15-30 working days through the online account, depending on current circumstances as determined by Jalaram Dana Chana. Please note that promo codes, once used, will not be refunded in case of order cancellation by the customer or Jalaram Dana Chana.
